Return & Refund Policy

All products are non-refundable.
However, exchanges are available under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchange Eligibility

A product is eligible for exchange only if:

• It was damaged during transit, or
• It has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for an exchange:

• The product must be in its original condition
• Tags and packaging must be intact and unused
• The original Bare Minimum Coin must be returned with the product

For size exchanges, an additional ₹100 courier charge will apply.

Non-Exchangeable / Non-Cancellable Conditions

• Requests not raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Products that are used, damaged, or missing tags, packaging, or the Bare Minimum Coin
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled

About the Bare Minimum Coin

Each product comes with a Bare Minimum Coin — a physical marker of authenticity and connection to the brand.

• The coin must be retained as proof of purchase
• It must be returned for any exchange request
• Missing or damaged coins will make the product ineligible for exchange
